Software Alliance Helpdesk

Being unable to close the Options window in Model Development Studio could be due to insufficient privileges assigned to the user for the following folder: C:\ProgramData\Software Alliance. 

To correct this, do the following:

1. navigate to the directory and right-click on the Software Alliance folder and select Properties. 

2. Select the security tab followed by the Edit button. A new Permissions window will open. 

3. Select Add and enter the user name. Click OK.

4. Make sure the user has been provided Read and Write permissions.

5. Click OK. The options window should now close when clicking 'OK'.
