In some situations, an activated licence may stop working after 30 days. This could be because the machine does not have a connection to the internet. The Mo.net licence requires an internet connection to validate the licence. Validation call-backs occur once every 30 days unless extended call-backs have been explicitly agreed with Software Alliance and / or your local distributor. Failure to validate the licence will prevent Mo.net from running.

Please check with your IT department to validate there are no proxy or security settings blocking connectivity to the licence server. For more information on this, please take a look at the Licence Manager Installation Guide: https://www.softwarealliance.net/Resources/Documentation.

Alternatively, the licence will need to be reactivated in order to continue running the Mo.net components.
