The following error, "the communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state" can be resolved by doing the following:
1. Run Services.msc and navigate to the Mo.net WCF Quotations Router Service.
2. Right-click and log in with the correct user credentials and start the service.
3. Once started, do the same for the Mo.net WCF Quotations Service and start the service.
NOTE: The Mo.net WCF Quotations Router Service must be started before the Mo.net WCF Quotations Service.
